CREATE “THE PLAN”
For each aircraft arriving at your facility (or departing for Base Customers), CREATE the service plan to assure that all services requested are logged into the system. This plan includes ALL SERVICES – fueling, aircraft related services, hotel, transportation, customs, detailed catering requirements and all other services. »see screen shots

EXECUTE “THE PLAN”
Complete dispatching capability is built into the system. Record the assignment and completion of each service required as you EXECUTE the Service Plan, and update a “REAL TIME” STATUS BOARD automatically. »see screen shots

MONITOR “THE PLAN”
The “Old” Status Board visible only in the Line Service area is OBSOLETE. A “NEW” Color Coded (based on URGENCY) Status Board is now ON EVERY DESKTOP, and updated every 10 seconds. This allows EVERYONE to MONITOR the service plan to assure that on time departure. »see screen shots

GOALS & OBJECTIVES
Having already developed a fuel management system with solid accounting integrity and extensive internal controls and audit trails, our goal was to expand the focus to include tools to address the operational needs of an FBO business. We were determined to develop a true information system with a minimal impact on data input and a MAXIMUM impact on marketing and financial results.

RESEARCH & DEVELOPMENT EFFORTS
This innovative new system was developed after extensive interviews with several of the premier FBOs in the country. Our focus was on the core business processes of the typical FBO and how the effective use of technology could improve those processes.
 
We asked several in depth questions to determine how an FBO could…
